Douglas Wilson

Director

With over 25 years of experience, Douglas "Dougie" Wilson is a seasoned expert in construction cost consultancy with over 25 years of experience in cost management, project advisory, and project management services.


With extensive commercial and contractual expertise across several sectors, he enjoys working collaboratively in building and leading teams.


Dougie has developed a comprehensive range of cost, contractual, and procurement knowledge working in four continents: with expertise in delivering hotels and leisure, large scale mega-projects, renewable energy, and social infrastructure projects.


With a background as a chartered quantity surveyor, Dougie applies critical thinking to all aspects of his work: procurement and transaction management; contract and project management; claims preparation and negotiation; and dispute mitigation and resolution.
